1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed:

  • Before our daily cut-off time may be processed the same working day.
  • After the cut-off time will be processed the next working day.
  • On weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order processing time is separate from delivery time.


2. UK Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery (where selected): 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.


3. Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.


4. Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery where required
  • Arrange safe place instructions directly with the courier (if offered)

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused parcels
  • Courier access restrictions

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.


5. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Ownership of goods transfers only once full payment has been received.


6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check tracking information (if provided).
  2. Contact the courier directly.
  3. If unresolved, contact us at hello@only-spores.co.uk.

We cannot consider a parcel lost until:

  • The courier confirms loss; or
  • A reasonable investigation period has passed.

Investigations may take several working days.

We reserve the right to replace or refund orders only once courier investigations are complete.


7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photographs immediately.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email hello@only-spores.co.uk with your order number and evidence.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may affect your ability to claim.


8. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only unless otherwise stated.

If international shipping becomes available:

  • Customers will be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure CBD products are legal in their jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse delivery to certain addresses
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
